Life Unlimited ACC Providers
FREE SENSITIVE CLAIMS COUNSELLING AND THERAPY
We offer free, confidential counselling and therapy for individuals with accepted sensitive claims.
This support is designed to help you navigate the impacts of trauma in a safe and
compassionate environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a trained therapist
— a counsellor, psychotherapist, or psychologist — who understands the effects of trauma
and will walk alongside you as you explore new and life-giving ways of living.
In addition to individual therapy, you may also access a range of other supportive services
tailored to your unique needs. These can include group therapy, social work support,
physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietician consultations, nursing support, and equine-
assisted therapy.
Our aim is to provide holistic, trauma-informed care that supports your healing journey
— wherever you are on that path.
CHARLOTTE BELL
Grad Dip Psychotherapy, Dip OT, Cert Bib Couns; Reg Psychotherapist #PB385 MNZCCA (Life Member), Approved by ACC
Charlotte works as a psychotherapist, facilitating the Life Unlimited counselling team.
She works with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, family issues, sexual and other abuse, eating disorders and addiction.
Charlotte has a special interest in early childhood deficits and abuse (developmental trauma), and how they impact on adult life. Her work is client centred with an integrative gestalt and psychodynamic approach, incorporating a spiritual perspective. She also incorporates psychosomatic integrative psychotherapy. This approach weaves together somatic psychotherapy, developmental needs meeting strategy and lifespan integration.
Charlotte also integrates neurofeedback into her therapy. This approach involves utilising the brain’s capacity for neuroplasticity to train the brain to function in optimal ways. She uses findings from neuroscience which show how trauma in particular interferes with brain development to assist clients to overcome these difficulties.
Charlotte trained in Biblical Counselling with YWAM and in Psychotherapy at AUT. She has also completed the Spiritual Directors Formation Programme with Spiritual Growth Ministries and trained in Neurofeedback with the Neurotherapy Institute in Melbourne, Australia.
ANN WELCOME
Therapist/Clinical Supervisor
Trauma-Informed Therapist (Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, Deep Brain Reorienting Practitioner)
Member of Dapaanz, NZCCA, ACC Sensitive Claims Therapist
Welcome/Kia Ora
I help individuals navigate the complex and often painful landscapes of trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression. These issues often impact on relationships, daily functions and quality of life. My approach is rooted in deep compassion and I use neurobiological based modalities such as Brainspotting and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) to support lasting emotional healing and nervous system regulation.
With a focus on the body and brain’s innate capacity to heal, I work with clients to access and process unresolved trauma at a deep, subcortical level—often beneath words and conscious awareness.
Whether you’re struggling with the effects of childhood trauma, recent life events, addiction recovery, or persistent emotional patterns, my goal is to create a safe, attuned space where healing can unfold at your own pace. I believe that beneath the pain is the potential for profound transformation, and it’s an honour to walk alongside you on that journey.

DIANA CHUE
I hold the belief that everyone matters. This is my guiding principle in how I live my life and how I practice. I am trained as a psychodynamic psychotherapist, with an emphasis on relational psychotherapy. I work intuitively and empathically with clients to facilitate the sharing and feeling of emotions, together. I believe the power of therapy lies in those ‘human-to-human’ moments when two hearts and two minds meet, when someone sees you, gets you and challenges you to grow. Our task is to create a space in which we can make your unconscious fears and desires more known, and therefore understood. Bring yourself as you are, let’s begin to shed some light on ’those parts’ that you have felt you needed to tuck away in the dark.
Please get in touch for a free 15min phone consult. I look forward to hearing from you.

CALEM GRATY
Calem Graty is a qualified counsellor with a Bachelor of Counselling and a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy. He is a member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC) and is an ACC-registered provider.
Calem works through a psychodynamic lens, with a particular interest in how early relationships and life experiences shape our sense of self and how we relate to others. His approach is grounded in the belief that deep reflection on our personal stories can foster meaningful change. He places strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and aims to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable to explore and grow. He also believes that therapy doesn’t always have to be serious — a touch of humour can be an important part of the journey.
Drawing on a variety of modalities depending on the client’s needs, Calem’s practice is flexible and responsive. His areas of special interest include men’s mental health, addiction, gender and sexuality, identity, trauma and complex PTSD (CPTSD), and family and relationship dynamics.
Calem was drawn to this field through his own life experiences, particularly the absence of a safe, trusted space during challenging times. This inspired him to become the kind of support he once needed — someone who walks alongside others without judgment. He is deeply moved by the stories people share and finds great fulfilment in being present with others in an honest and human way.
Outside of his professional work, Calem enjoys spending time with his family, going on adventures, listening to music, watching movies, and occasionally diving into a good book. He also has a soft spot for baking — especially the eating part!
